Carlos Alcaraz feels the burn against Miami Heat – Tennis Now

Carlos Alcaraz Bourne was felt on the sideline last week during a Miami Heat game.
Alcaraz, ranked No. 1 in the world, sat in the celebrity row when he came face to face with Bernie, the Miami Heat’s famous mascot.
Alcaraz will be at home for the Miami Marlins in less than two weeks.
The Miami Invitational on December 8 will be the first tennis event held at the home of the Miami Marlins, offering unique and historic tennis at the ballpark.
The event will feature four of the world’s top tennis players: Alcaraz will face a rising Brazilian star Joao Fonseca Marking their first meeting and second round showdown Amanda Anisimova and Jessica Pegula. Anisimova was born in Freehold, New Jersey, and Pegula is a native of Buffalo. Both women now call Florida home.

Miami Heat fans applauded and embraced Alcaraz as he defeated Casper Ruud at the Miami Open to win his third career title. Bernie presented Alcaraz with his own personalized Miami Heat jersey, beating out No. 99, and Alcaraz showed the fans a peace sign.
