TMZ and people Didi’s team filed court documents to create part of Cudi’s testimony, claiming that the “Day’N’N’N’N’Nite” rapper’s allegations of the 2012 incident were merely “guess” and posed a “significant danger of unfair prejudice.”
Diddy’s team said: “A witness is usually unable to testify, and he believes the statement lies when he makes a statement” referring to Kudy’s claim at the booth last week that Diddy “lied” when he denied participating in the explosion of his Porsche vehicle at a conference in Los Angeles.

Kudy said that in 2012, his dog called him and told him his car was on fire. He testified: “The top of my Porsche was cut open, and that’s where they inserted their Molotov cocktails.”
After the car incident, Cudy claimed he met at Soho House in Los Angeles. “Sean Combs stood there like the Marvel Super Party, with his back behind him,” Cudy said, adding that his rapper said they were “companions” and said he didn’t understand why Cudi would date Cassie. Cudy continued, “He kept providing me with water.” It’s strange that he’s so calm,” he noted, finding Didi’s behavior “offensive”.
When Cudy asked him about the car, Diddy allegedly gave him a “very calm stare” and replied, “I don’t know what you’re talking about.”
The two had a second meeting at Soho House a few years later, and Diddy allegedly told Cudi that he was sorry for the past. “Man, I just want to apologize for all the Bulls,” Kudy recalled, Didi said, adding that the founder of Sean John brought one of his daughters to the conference.

“I’m a little peaceful after the apology,” Cudy told the court. “That’s the last thing I expected.”
Cassie claimed in her own trial testimony that Diddy found out she searched for emails in a 2011 relationship with Cudi and found letters between her and Cudi’s team about bringing toilet bags to the house. Cassie claimed Didi then rushed towards her with a “wine bottle opener.”
Cassie also claimed Diddy threatened to blow up Cudi’s car and wanted Cudi’s friends to witness it there.
Didi is currently on trial, including extortion, force, fraud or coercion, and transportation to prostitution. He pleaded not guilty to all charges and denied all charges against him.
