Maharashtra: Health department issues consultation in Covid Spike; 84 new case reports

In the 84 new Covid-19 cases reported on Friday, the Maharashtra Public Health Department issued a consulting service requiring hospitals to retain ICU beds, oxygen supplies and other necessary resources.
Meanwhile, the department advises people to wear masks, maintain social distancing and wash their hands frequently.
On the other hand, medical experts recommend that people who have not taken the booster dose for a long time should consider getting vaccinated.
The department’s consultation is crucial, as the total number of infections reported in the state has risen to 681 this year after 84 new cases reported on Friday.
Of the 681 patients, 207 recovered to May 30. The current number of active cases is 467.
However, the department said in a statement that most patients had mild symptoms while urging citizens not to panic.
Sources in the department earlier cited four new coronavirus variants while claiming that all coronaviruses are subtypes of Omicron.

According to the department, so far, 6 of all 7 deaths have been reported because of nephrotic syndrome, adventitious shock, renal disease, stroke (cerebrovascular disease), diabetic ketoacidosis, interstitial lung disease and diabetes. A 47-year-old woman died of temperature and breathing difficulties.
As witnesses in the country gradually grew in COVID-19 cases, Alliance Health and Ayush (independent charges) Prataprao Jadhav on Friday as the country’s eyesight grew gradually.
