Like Emily, Petito’s case was initially back from a road trip on a converted van without her, searching for missing persons. Police video shows Peterto cried after a dispute with his free-working body, raising questions about domestic violence.

Petito, 22, was found dead after being strangled to death near a Wyoming campground a few weeks later. Laundrie is an interested person. His body was found in Florida Park in October after he disappeared.

As the police were shut down, Ferrazzo admitted.

Ferlazzo told investigators that he and his wife had been arguing with their campers, which turned into physical disputes. A few minutes later, he pulled out a pistol and shot her in the head twice, the affidavit said.

Today, Adrienne Bass hopes that while sharing his daughter’s story, the victim will be forced to seek help before it’s too late.

“If you’re abused in a relationship, call the Crisis Center, make plans, talk to experts,” David Bass urged. “It helps there. You’re not alone.”
