Clark and Suns players talk about trash throughout the game as tensions start to get up early and eventually boil. Fever guard Sophie Cunningham also fouled on Sheldon late in the game. Both players were popped up.

Smith reiterated his position, thinking he had “resentment” to Clark, but said he had no problem with the madness that happened at Gainbridge Fieldhouse and pointed out the competitive nature of all athletes on the court.

“Now, that’s the thing, because I want to make sure everyone understands what I’m going to say.” “Caitlin Clark is the ‘golden goose’ essentially,’ the high tide is lifting all the ships, and I stick to my past declarations, so, I want to be upset with her. But I want to take a step further. She’s also upset with her. Sometimes she gets excited because she sometimes incites her.

Sparks faces a rebound after social media users accuse the WNBA team of publishing a “thirst trap”

“Remember, in college, the whole Angel Rice thing started because when Caitlyn gave it to everyone else, she was a face-waving person, which is why when Angel Reese and Louisiana got her whole whole, Angel Reese was like (waving her hand in the face), ‘Yes, “Yes, it’s your turn. ”That was incited by Caitlin Clark.

Smith noted that Clark was doing his best in the trash can and could get it out like anyone else.

He then compared her to Boston Celtic legend Larry Bird.

“The most important thing is that she can play…but she’s kind of like Larry Bird when the lights shoot out lights and stuff like that, but Larry Bird talks about the rubbish, too,” he said. “Dr. J is one of the best and cutest people on the planet. People say he’s calling, helping the NBA invite the NBA into the living room in the United States, and Dr. J is waving on Larry Bird. Why? Because Larry Bird said, ‘I’m going to play this jump shot here, ‘bam bam!’bam!’ I’m going to hit 3 on you! Love it, because that’s sports.”
