Philippines accuses Chinese Coast Guard of Active Action on its Fishing Boat

MANILA – The Philippines accused the Chinese Coast Guard of providing supplies to Filipino fishermen on Friday in the controversial Scarborough shoal on Friday and using water Canon to conduct active drills on its fishing vessels and aiming them with water Canon.
