First deal: Nifty opens at 25,500; Pharma Top Gainer

Indian stocks began Wednesday’s notes ahead of the major event. The Open, after the Nifty50 opened, the index traded nearly 25 points lower, while Sensex fell 102 points to score 83,610.99 points.
Meanwhile, wider markets outperformed the title index after weak trade in the last session.
The High Beta Bank Nifty index is also traded in red, with little weakness in early trade.
From Nifty50 packaging, the highest interest in early trade was Hul, Asian Paint, Shriram Finance, Cipla and Adani Enterprises, while Laggards were Wipro, Larsen and Taubro, Tata Steel, HDFC Life and Tata Steel.

Crizac: Crizac shares will be listed on Bourses today. The issue received 62.8 excess checks.
Titagarh Rail: The company’s board of directors was scheduled to meet today to raise funds through priorities, QIP and rights issues.
MPHASIS: IT Professional stocks will trade today at the end of dividend trading of Rs 57 per share.
Pfizer: Multinational Pharma shares will also have a total dividend of Rs 165 per share I, E, including a special dividend of Rs 130 per share.
Asian market
Most Asian stocks are flat to trough in today’s trade due to uncertainty among investors rather than be within the tariff range of U.S. President Donald Trump. After Trump warned other tariffs, the markets were weakly helped from nighttime meetings on Wall Street.
