PM Kisan Issue 20: Beneficiary Farmers Should Complete These Tasks to Accept Payments Without Delay

PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana’s 19th issue was released on February 24. Now, farmers across India are waiting for issue 20. Before paying for the next batch, the government has advised farmers to complete some important tasks to ensure that payments of Rs 2,000 are credited to their bank account without delays or problems.

Agriculture and Farmers Welfare says: “To use the income of the Kisang farmers in the 20th period, the given tasks must be completed.”

Here are 5 key tasks farmers should complete before the release of the 20th issue:

Complete your E-KYC

If you haven’t completed E-KYC yet, please do it now. This can be done online by visiting the PM Kisan website.

Make sure your bank account is linked to Aadhaar

Farmers make sure that the bank account they register under the program is linked to your Aadhaar card. To verify this, visit your bank and if there is no link, please complete it as soon as possible to avoid payment issues.

Bank account details

They (farmers) should review their submitted bank account number, IFSC code, and other details to confirm that the account is still active.

If your bank account is closed, please update your new account details through the Know Your Status section on the PM Kisan website.

Land record issues

If there are any discrepancies or outstanding issues in your land ownership documents, resolve them immediately. The government says inaccurate or incomplete land records can prevent your installments from being processed.

Mobile phone number update

If the registered mobile phone number under this program is no longer active, please update it on the PM Kisan website. Active numbers are important for receiving OTP verification and payment notifications.

The government shared that over 3.68 million rupees have been allocated to more than 110 million beneficiary farmers in India under the scheme.
