Jannik Sinner Make history at Wimbledon Sunday, defeating Carlos Alcaraz 4-6, 6-4, 6-4, 6-4 became the first Italian to win the Wimbledon singles championship.
Before the grass scissors settle, let’s see what sinners have achieved in the title.
4 – The Sinner won his fourth major title and was by far the most successful Italian player. The sinners took Jim Courier, Ken Rosewell and Guillermo Vilas to the historical men’s singles Grand Slam singles champion list.

6 – Sinner became the sixth player in four consecutive major finals in the Open era, joining Agassi, Djokovic, Federer, Laver and Nadal.
By reaching all four major finals in his 23rd major debut, Sinner achieved a faster feat than two players (19-year-old Courier) and 22-year-old Agassi.
