Katy Perry plays a role through failures throughout San Francisco’s life
Katy Perry No prop malfunction prevented her from performing her A journey of a lifetime Concert on Friday, July 18.
Perry, 40, was on a flying butterfly prop in a social media video, at a concert held at the San Francisco Chase Center. As Perry held the rope, the wiring suddenly moved, lowering the entire unit several feet.
Perry briefly stopped singing while trying to restore balance. Once the support was upgraded, Perry continued, “You’ll hear me.”
After the show, the pop star joked about an unexpected malfunction.
“Good night San Francisco,” she wrote through her Instagram story earlier Saturday, July 19. There was a blurry picture on her face when the butterfly first started to fall.
Perry kicked her A journey of a lifetime Earlier this year, the show was finally brought to its California hometown this month.
Perry quipped on Instagram on Tuesday, July 15. “Ecstasy. Burritos this morning with a friend who knew Tamra. ❤️ Los Angeles. ”

Perry’s representative, married before Russell Brand From 2010 to 2012, Bloom then reiterated in a statement that the breakup was friendly.
