Virus Cincinnati “quarrel” video makes police chief feel “completely disgusted”
Video of a viral fight near the Cincinnati Jazz Festival shows a man and woman being violently attacked.
Cincinnati police are investigating the incident captured on the video, which took place on July 25 on Fourth Street. Local 12.
