BSE Q1 withdrawal: Net profit rose 9% to Rs 53.9 billion; revenue rose 13%

BSE Q1 results: BSE Ltd reported a quarterly net profit of Rs 5.39 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 (Q1FY26), and on Wednesday, August 7, it was 9% in the quarter compared to the previous quarter, in which the exchange recorded a profit of Rs 494 crore in Q4FY25 shares.
Stock exchange operators’ revenues more than doubled year-on-year, up 103%, driven by strong revenue growth and increased market activity.
During the April-June period, revenue was Rs 958 crore, an increase of 13% from Rs 8.47 crore in the March quarter. Revenue increased by 57% compared to the same period last year.
On August 7, BSE shares closed at Rs 2,452 on BSE, at Rs 2,452.
