The Days We Live: Melinda Trask faces chaos – Stateville Prison Threat is Looming

The days we live Fans know that Da Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) seems to learn her lessons, which involve rough adoption plans that can bite her on the back, but she doesn’t.
We will dig deep into the ways Melinda might even include being in the Statesville prison for a while. It will become messy.
Our Days of Life: Melinda and Sofia run out of time
You can already say that Leo Howard and Brady Black (Eric Martsolv) figured out what Melinda and Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) were just covering up the birth of Little Tesoro. Former Da Melinda may face divestiture or jail when arrested.
And we know she’s going to be…you have to give Melinda Kudos a so legal eagle or an illegal legal eagle, but if Brady and Tate figure out how she can help Sophia develop a rogue adoption plan, her bad adoption plan may eventually get her into deep waters.
Melinda Trask’s Illegal Adoption Plan and Its Consequences
If you don’t remember, this is not the first illegal adoption agreement cooked by Melinda. Remember her and Eric Brady’s (Greg Vaughan) former Sloan Peterson (Serfaty) set up an adoption program involving Nicole Walker’s baby? Sloan was impregnated by Eric.
And, if you remember, Nicole was pregnant too due to a drug cookie incident. However, Sloan had an abortion early, and then she found out she had an autoimmune disease and she could never get pregnant again. Sloan is destroyed and she fears she will lose Eric.
Meanwhile, Nicole gave birth to Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) on the roadside to help what she thought was her baby and EJ Dimera (Dan Feuerriegel). Leo’s Secret Lover and Dimitri von Leuschner Dimera (Peter Porte) are there. He brought the newborn to a university hospital.
But then Dimitri saw the police there, and he panicked, and he ran to Sloan’s apartment with the newborn baby. Dimitri is wanted by police, and he and Leo are running for it. Sloan is Dimitri’s attorney. That’s why he ran towards her.
The Days of Our Lives: Melinda’s Sketchy Past
Then Melinda saw a huge opportunity for that adorable little baby. So she and Sloan made a plan to say Melinda found a privately closed adopted baby for Eric and Sloan. The hospital has this dirty doctor, who is another client of Sloan.
He helped them sell the plan to keep baby Jude. He signed Nicole’s baby’s death certificate and said the baby was accidentally cremated. So they say Nicole’s child is dead, and then the random baby covers the trail and enters Sloan’s life.
Of course, she knew whether Eric found out that Jude was his biological child, and Eric would abandon her. So they let poor Nicole think her son died in the hospital and that the paperwork errors made him cremated before he could hold him in his arms or see him again. It’s really bad.
Melinda and Sloan rationalize what they are doing because Eric is actually raising his own son. But eventually EJ discovered that Sloan was raising Nicole and Eric’s son, and the child was not his. Of course, EJ uses all of this to his advantage.

The Days We Live: Melinda and Sloan’s plan explodes
The program worked for a while, but Nicole’s constant possession of Sloan’s adopted children was her strong feelings, even though they manipulated some DNA tests to sprint her hopes. Eventually, Sloan and Melinda’s plans were blown up. Eric abandoned Sloan. He went to Paris with Nicole and Jude. She divorced EJ.
Finally, Melinda is really lucky. Even though people know what she did, Melinda is still able to practice the law. She should have been transported to jail and lost her attorney license, but EJ was DA at the time and he knew about the baby exchange and he helped cover it up. Therefore, he cannot without hinting himself.
Then, she also had leverage to Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) due to the jail of Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez). As a result, Melinda barely escaped the prosecution and her life was destroyed. But she did. And you know Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) knows what she did to his brother, which is why he really hates her.
Current Adoption Scandal: Melinda and Sophia Choi’s Rogue Adoption Plan
Now, crazy, Melinda is here again. She is playing a sneaky adoption game with Sophia. In both cases, Melinda feels sad for the people she has helped. It was Sloan then, and now it is Sophia. Melinda is tangled over adoption issues with her daughter Haley Chen (Thia Megia).
If you remember, Melinda was pregnant with her parents as a teenager, forcing her to let them raise Haley as her sister, not her daughter, so she could go on with her life. But this is something Melinda regrets for a long time.
Now, before Sophia was born, we’ve seen the softer side of Melinda and are seeking help for her and Tate. But then Brady blows up, and he refuses to let Melinda be the lawyer for Tate and Sophia, especially for her stunts on Sloan.
Then, when Sophia starts working alone, parenting and putting Little Tesoro at the fire station instead of asking parents for help or Tate for help, Sophia calls on Melinda. She is Sophia checked out to ensure she is healthy after delivery.
She bought her a fake chest and abdomen for several weeks. Then they waited until Tate headed to Premium Lake Week with Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis). Melinda followed by Melinda, who took Sophia to Chicago and carried out the final part of the plan.
The Days of Our Life: The Truth Comes
Melinda asks Sophia to send fake text and voicemail to Tate to tell him she is working, and she is born. She then returned to Salem with Melinda, and Sofia said she had a baby girl who was taken home from the hospital by a foster couple. Tate is frustrated and discovers that Sophia has taken the baby away in Chicago.
And because of Tate, we see Sophia swallowed by guilt The days we live. She told Sarah Holden (Linsey Godfrey) that the truth was because Sarah faced Sophia. She knew that due to medical scans, the baby she was carrying was a boy. Sarah must sit on the truth. But Tate hopes for the speech of adoptive parents. He wanted to write a letter. He wants to visit.
Sneaky Melinda on top. She set up a mailbox in Chicago so that Tate could send a letter there. Melinda will answer, pretending to be a fake adoptive parent, and tell Tate: “No, you can’t see the baby.” So the problem is that Sophia wants to tell Tate the truth because she’s swallowed up by the ingui. But Melinda kept telling Sophia: “Tighten it because they both have a lot of trouble.”
I do think Tate should know the whole story. I had small misty eyes this week when Leo handed to Tesoro Tate to hold it. And you know that’s Tate’s son he actually holds. So it was painful and Sofia needed to clean up what was happening. Tate should have the chance to know his son.
Potential Legal Impact: Will Melinda Trask face justice due to adoption scandal?
But in the end, the question is, will Melinda pay for what she does with another dirty adoption program? I mean, I understand her behavior, but they are not good. Therefore, Brady may push Melinda to be arrested. He already hated Melinda, and now his big partner is Belle Black (Martha Madison), who will definitely knock Melinda out because she frustrated Tate and Brady.
Sophia’s mom, Amy Choi (Shi ne Nielson), may ask Melinda to be turned away because, you know, she will want the attorney to pay for helping sneak away grandson. So, what do you think? Do you want to see Melinda being punished or want her to get rid of it?
