Morice Norris is hospitalized after Falcon Game incident

The coach also talked about how Morris’ injury affected other players.
“It’s just an eye-opener. It hits. It hits a little bit different and takes it as a perspective,” he said. “I tell you what. Man, it’s a game of violence. We love it, but when something like that happens, the silver lining is the fraternity. Seeing all these guys, from that team, our team is together, and everyone is thinking of another player, which means a lot.”
The Lions released a statement about Morris via its social media account late Friday.
“Morice Norris has stable condition, sensation and movement of the limbs. He will be watching overnight at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta,” the team’s statement reads.
“We would like to thank the Atlanta Falcons, the EMS team at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, and Grady’s doctors and staff for their support.”
