In the months after his death on a yacht in Montauk, New York, swimsuit designer Martha Nolan-O’Slatarra recently finalized a divorce and previously settled a legal dispute with her business deal.

The 33-year-old designer is in the midst of an undisputed divorce from her husband Sam Ryan on April 8, 2025, according to documents processed by the New York County Supreme Court of Fox News.

The documents include a separation agreement, affidavits from both parties and a certificate of dissolution, indicating that the couple’s marriage had officially ended before the premature death on August 5.
