Sakhiya Skin Clinic, a dermatology-focused healthcare provider in India, provides skin, laser, anti-aging, hair, dermatological surgery and plastic surgery treatments, has served over 5,40,000 patients through its network of 35 clinics primarily operated in Gujarat and Maharashtra. It has filed a draft prospectus for Red Herring (DRHP) for its initial public offering (IPO).

In fiscal 2025, Saki Dermatology Clinic’s healthcare services revenue was Rs 528,778 crore, earning a profit of Rs 109,1669 crore with a profit margin of 20.6%. Its skin cosmetics clinic records nearly 1,00,000 patient visits each year on its network of 35 centers.
