Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz will be the final big trophy of the season and the world number one in the PIF ATP rankings.

Since its capture on June 10, 2024, Sina has maintained its highest point for 65 consecutive weeks, becoming the number one in Italy in the world. The 24-year-old will now face the winner, go all out against his chief competitor and have the opportunity to take his position.

It’s a suitable location as Alcaraz becomes the youngest world No. 1 in history after winning the U.S. Open in 2022. The championship match against Casper Ruud was also the winner of the full game, and the Spaniard won his debut trophy.

Alcaraz recently became No. 1 in the world on September 10, 2023, and spent 36 weeks in his career at PIF ATP. In 2022, he won the ATP year-end presented by the PIF Honors Award.

The 22-year-old will enter his blockbuster with Sinner with a 9-5 Lexus ATP Head2head series lead. They scored two major finals in a row, Alcaraz won three championship points at Roland Garros, while Sinner won at Wimbledon.

The U.S. Open final will be held at 2 p.m. ET on Sunday.
