Prime Focus Shares As Ramesh Damani, Singular AMC buys 3% of shares in 10% on the road

Prime Focus Ltd’s shares were locked on the 10% BSE’s tour in Monday’s day trading after a significant share acquisition by Marquee Investors generated substantial purchase interest. This marks the second consecutive meeting of the stock has reached its cap.
The surge followed a massive deal on Friday, with notable investors including Ramesh Damani, Utpal Sheth and Madhusudan Kela’s Singularity AMC gaining more than 3% of the company’s shares through open market purchases on NSE.
According to Exchange data, 12.06 million shares (3.9% of the company’s equity) handed over the hands on the BSE to the BSE’s hands by 11:12 a.m., meaning the average trading volume increased tenfold.

Strange Value Fund I, II, III, managed by Madhusudan Kela and Yash Kela, acquired 6.25 million shares (2.01% stake)
Utpal Sheth bought 1.75 million shares
Ramesh Damani buys 800,000 shares
The shares were acquired at Rs 142.55 per share, with a total transaction size of Rs 998 crore. The recent purchase orgy has increased the stock’s total earnings to 21%.
In terms of sales, Augusta Investments I PTE Ltd and Marina IV entities jointly unloaded 10.26 million shares, accounting for more than 3.3% of the total equity.
