Actor Mimi Chakraborty, Urvashi Rautela summoned by Ed: Source

Sources told Zee Business that the country’s law enforcement agency (ED) has sent subpoena to actors Mimi Chakraborty and Urvashi Rautela in connection with the illegal betting app case.
According to the subpoena, Chakraborty must appear on September 15 and Rautela the next day, according to the source.
The news comes in the context of a high level of scrutiny of online gaming and betting platforms in the country.
Last month, the Narendra Modi 3.0 government enacted the Online Game Act, after years of decentralized regulations and legislative changes at the central and state levels.

The law is officially known as the promotion and regulation of the Online Game Act 2025.
The Emergency Department, which investigates crimes under the Money Laundering Act (PMLA), has been actively exploring several such platforms in recent months.
