As part of its Alagang Gcash program and further strengthening its Health & Wellness Campaign, the partnership with AC Health aims to ensure GCASH KABARKADAS has access to comprehensive cancer care and support them throughout the treatment process. Healthway Medical Network will also provide basic support to the program by providing employees with a range of preventive health care and treatment services, including vaccinations and health checks at its facilities.

MYNT’s new comprehensive cancer care benefits include reimburseable allowances for preventing cancer and screening and established within existing coverage of existing annual medical checks, vaccines and health. Additionally, the company will now cover the remaining cancer-related treatment and hospitalization costs for employees who exceed their current HMO and severe disease benefits.
Employees diagnosed with cancer will also receive an additional 60 paid leaves, and dependents who fight this serious illness will be entitled to an additional 30 paid leaves so they can take care of them. These are supplements of annual holiday leaves, sick leave and paid leave.
As part of its holistic approach to care, MyNT will provide opportunities for psychologists who specialize in supporting cancer patients and employees with cancer diagnosis with loved ones to help them cope with emotional challenges and enhance their mental health.
MYNT will also assign a case manager that can provide home visits as needed to help patients recover. Additionally, employees will have access to a group of caregivers if needed.
Employees diagnosed with advanced cancer may claim 100% of their life insurance during treatment.
