Carlos Alcaraz defeated Novak Djokovic in four sets on Sunday night to win the Australian Open and complete a career Grand Slam. It didn’t take long for a number of tennis superstars, including Rafael Nadal, to express their congratulations.
“Congratulations to @carlosalcaraz for winning the Australian Open and conquering the career Grand Slam!” Nadal wrote on the X.
“Congratulations to @DjokerNole for reaching another final in Melbourne and continuing to make history in our sport,” Nadal added. “Thank you for speaking at the ceremony!”
