“It’s fun,” Korda said of his eighth win of the 2026 season. “I played some really good tennis last month and it’s nice to be playing in humid South Florida. It’s hot and this is where I grew up – it feels like home.”

Korda reached the ATP final for the tenth time in his career and the second time in Delray Beach. He reached the title match in 2021, but lost to Poland’s Hubert Hurkacz.

With Coboli unable to do anything, Korda grabbed and ripped away from the baseline, winning 34 of 56 baseline points and winning five of six faceoffs that lasted nine shots or more.

Korda never faced a break point and breezed through the first-set tiebreak, holding the defensive point in the match, leading 5-1 in the transition game and smashing a wickedly angled forehand cross-court winner to bring up five set points. The 25-year-old scored the final six points of the set and it was smooth sailing from there.

Coboli held on to open the second set, but the 23-year-old world No. 20 never played again.

Korda, who improved to 3-0 against Copoli and 10-2 at the Delray Beach Open, will play fellow Learner Tenn in Sunday’s final against the winner of the Tommy Paul semifinals.
