Janelle Rohner refunds after GLP-1 drug rebounds

After criticism for admitting she used GLP-1 drugs to help lose weight, Janelle Rohner Fans who claimed she returned to her health plan.
In a Tiktok video shared by the 37-year-old health influencer on Sunday, April 27, Rona responded to a fan who asked, “Did you still refund anyone?” in the comment section. Fans’ questions received 817 likes in three hours.
“Yes,” certified macro coach Rohner responded to the comment in the early hours of Monday, April 28.
Rohner's latest news comes after telling fans in a Tiktok video released three days ago that she is “willing” to refund anyone who has purchased her “30 Days Chopped” course or “Macro 101 course” in the past 11 months. While the former class claims to help clients lose weight, the latter teaches them how to calculate macros, which are mainly abbreviations for carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. Healthline.
In an earlier Tiktok video, Rohner explained why she revealed that she had been taking undisclosed GLP-1 drugs to help her achieve her weight loss goals. “I'm not trying to sympathize, I just want to do the right thing, and now I want to be honest,” she told fans. “I could have kept this secret, I could have continued for years without telling me, and I didn't want to do that. I didn't want to be that influencer. I've never been to the chopping class since last year because I'm just not right about it.”
Rohner added that while she knows that some people may look at her differently after learning that they use GLP-1, she believes her health products retain the advantages. “I still believe in tracking macros and exercises and my courses with all my heart,” she explained. “I am not taking GLP-1 because I don't believe in my courses and macros don't work. I do this for other personal and health reasons to use as a tool to achieve my goals. If people feel cheated about it, I'm really sorry and I'm willing to refund anyone who has purchased the class for the past 11 months.”
Rohner, a nurse with two children, added in the video that she took “anti-anxiety, antidepressants” which also “helped me lose weight”.
She concluded: “If you want to stay here and follow my journey and support me, I love you, thank you.
On Wednesday, April 23, Rohner detailed her use of GLP-1 in a YouTube video description. “It's not easy to say, but honestly, I should attribute it to you. Janelle Rohner is miniaturizing GLP-1,” she wrote. “I've been working on mental health, trying to find peace in the chaos. I know sharing this may put me in judgment, but hiding it will mean losing the most important thing: my truth.”
The note continues: “I'm not perfect, but my recovery, I hope this means something for people who are also struggling.”
