BBC uses AI (and actors) to bring Agatha Christie to life

The BBC announced new members of its Maestro series masterclass, including its first post-death teacher, Agatha Christie, and introduced her writing skills in a 4K video. The best-selling literary author in human history teaches an 11-Rasmond course on the mysteries of writing, and the BBC seems to be very familiar with the issues surrounding AI, which has aroused people's appeal, frankly alert.

Christie died in 1976 and his portrait was blended through authorized images, limited videos and past recordings. The data blends with actor Vivien Keene, who “performs” Christie's words in the video. This is a more cautious approach. During the Q&A event at the course launch in London, Keane directly stated that it was a performance. This seems like a particularly risky option too: many writers, editors and authors face AI tools that can reduce job opportunities or absorb their writing (and IP) without permission from trained AI models.

The BBC said all writing suggestions came directly from her writing, the author’s notes and archive interviews, curated by Christie experts and scholars, including Mark Aldridge, Michelle Kazmer, Gray Robert Brown and Jamie Bernthal-Hooker. One of the rules of Christie Estate is that all writing skills and guidance come directly from her. The manufacturer claims that AI has not filled the gap or guessed about her writing style or the advice she might give.

The BBC’s Masters Series is part of the company’s business unit, offering more than 40 master classes, but apparently has more Brits at a price of $10 per month. (Don't let the facts be CEO Diary Man Is there anything for you – Billy Connolly's course is Excellent)

However, in this course, the team pissed off over 100 people, considering AI experts, sound engineers, and more to show a compelling author Murder on Oriental Express And, everyone else.

It can then be folded into the course instruction and content.

At the press conference – almost Enough champagne to fill the Nile – I had to delve into the course. I'm not ready to write a 50,000-word page turn, which is a convincing fax. Of course, there is still an incredible valley (I think it's about the eyes?), but even BBC Maestro CEO Michael Levine noted that the technology has grown so quickly due to the project's founding a few years ago that the team was able to do more than they thought of for the first time.

Levine joked that the only book that rivals Christie's sales are Shakespeare and the Bible. There are no plans to add further “resurrection” experts to the masters lineup.
