Microsoft's annual Build Developer conference begins today and, as always, begins with a keynote speech. You can watch the opening live from noon ET with an embedded YouTube stream below. (Although you have to sign up and log in, it can also be found on Microsoft's website.) Just like last year, the event will be hosted by Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella along with the company's CTO Kevin Scott. According to the Keynote page, executives will share “How Microsoft creates new opportunities” [its] In this AI era platform. ”
Over the past few years, the company has been introducing new AI capabilities in Build, even as the company's close relationship with OpenAI continues to evolve. We hope Microsoft adds more AI agents in Windows 11 to automate more tasks for you on the operating system. It also gives us a deep dive into co-pilot vision, a feature that allows the AI assistant to see what you are doing on the computer so that you can talk to you through various tasks. Microsoft may not announce new hardware at the event, but it hasn't until recently launched the 12-inch Surface Pro tablet and 13-inch surface laptop.
According to a summary on the event’s YouTube page, the build conference will also host a live broadcast of the theme stream live on Day 2.
