A large number of upgrades to budget gaming headsets

This brings me to my next surprising feature: the removable microphone. Not much seems to be, but this makes everything different due to the people who have tried to play with Laggy Wireless earbuds in the past because you know you can get the message quickly so you don’t get ambushed by a 30-year-old boy, Fortnite.

Steelseries sent us the Nova 3P in this beautiful lavender color (also available in black, white and Aqua), which probably won’t talk to everyone, but I found it refreshing compared to the ocean of black headphones out there. The first thing you might notice outside of the color, which will make bed bath and beyond pride, is a little smaller than many other headphones. For me, it’s so good because it fits my head better than other headphones and I don’t look like a little animal when I wear it. Not that I really saw my thing anyway, but it’s nice to know that I didn’t look like a major fool when I opened it – just a small one. There is also a piece of cloth under the headband, which is good because I call it bald and I need something soft on the top of my head to avoid scratches.

It just looks like it will just get you too far, right? You might be wondering about these bad boys’ voices, on that side, I have more (fair) good news. I tested them playing Fortnitemy teammates rate my audio (appeared via Discord) at 4.5. not bad! Finally, I can say that my teammates have better audio than usual, as they usually choose a pair of regular Bluetooth earbuds that may become slutty.

Of course, the Arctis Nova 3P is an upgrade for both of us. Given the above Fisher price-type headphones I usually use, this is not surprising, but I know I’m not the only one with cheap headphones. There are some weird features in ARCTIS NOVA 3P. One of them is a microphone monitoring feature called SideTone by default. This feature takes your audio and fills it through the headphones’ speakers, so you can hear what it sounds through the microphone. Usually when your ears are all blocked by the tips or ears on the earphones, you have to hear your own voice inside, not through the ears, which sounds…. And talk about the companion app; there are a lot of other weird stuff out there. From the Steelseries app, you can control aspects of your headsets (such as volume and mode), but you can also choose presets for some games, which is a nice boom, but I can’t say that there are big differences when testing the tests I noticed. Fortnite– Specific presets (there are two by the way). As far as the Audio Companion app is concerned, it’s not the most advanced, but it’s still nice to have the option.

If I have a complaint about the Arctis Nova 3P, it’s because the materials are not particularly good or the touch is particularly good, and you may wear headphones for hours at a time (depending on current employment and social life), it’s a bigger problem than other accessories. I put on this headset for about 45 minutes and my ears became hot. After a while, you may notice some tickling on your skin. This isn’t the worst material in the world, but it’s not particularly breathable or plush. After all, these are not the biggest airpods, nor are they without headphones 1.

Speaking of wearing this headphone for a while, you can, if you want. According to Steelseries, the ARCTIS NOVA 3P has a battery life of 40 hours. It’s also fast charging, which is a nice privilege, Steelseries says they get nine hours of battery power after only 15 minutes of charging. If you are like me and sometimes forget to charge your audio gear, it would be a huge win. Within range, the ARCTIS NOVA 3P works up to 30 feet away, which is great for my small New York apartment.

Ultimately, my complaint is pretty small, and when considering it at the price, I would say that the Steelseries Arctis nova 3p from the ARCTIS NOVA 3P gives you enough feeling to feel your headset worth $100. And if you are like me and have been using gaming headsets with the loosest definition, you feel like you’ve got a lot. Seriously, if you use budget headphones and have some cash to back up, upgrade to mid-range and your teammates and your ears will thank you.
