She said Black should never die.

Montgomery County Sheriff Rob Streck took 10 prison employees to paid leave last Thursday.

The next day, the Montgomery County coroner ruled that Black's death was a homicide and said he died of status suffocation.

Dabee said Dayton police interviewed her as part of the homicide investigation.

Now, she wants to share her story.

“Some people will see this story tonight and say, look, it's all happened six weeks ago, why are you going to stand up now?” asked John Bedell of News Center 7.

Dabe said: “Because I was scared at first, I didn’t know what to do. I was very conflicted.

Dabe was spending the night at the Beaver Nursing Home on March 23, and she was talking about what happened to her.

“Hello everyone, how are you?” Dabe said.

Dabe is live on social media, talking to her friends, just like she did during her break.

“Just decompressing from everything that happens at work,” she said.

The end of her video recording for News Center 7 shows what happened next.

“So here, I noticed him, and when I noticed him, I felt very uncomfortable. I wanted to look around and see if he was walking around in the car.”

Dabe said she fell out of the car after a man punched her in the face.

Englewood police report identified Dabe's attacker as Christian Black.

“Then, I ran as fast as I could, without looking back,” she said.

The recording showed the black adjusting Dade's phone, and he drove into the car.

“We will give him protection,” an officer said in a human-camera video.

Black was booked at the Montgomery County Jail and died a few days later at the hospital.

Dade said Black shouldn't get everything that happened to him.

“Absolutely not. No,” she said.

She felt that what happened to her could provide a significant background for investigating his death.

“No one takes that real story about what happened to me. I believe it's important to it. Know what frame of mind he was that night, his behavior that night. It matches his behavior in prison. Very angry,” Dud said.

As of now, the Dayton Police Department is handling the investigation.

They will conduct an office review of the prosecutor, which is procedural.

However, it is possible that the county attorney avoids any conflict of interest.
