American sweethearts demand NFL cheerleading compensation improvement (DEXT)

The Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders are still getting highs in raising their main salary earlier this year, but they know there is more work to do.

US Weekly Last month, Cheer Squad shared exclusive details received a huge salary increase before that America’s Sweetheart: Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders Season 2 premiered on Netflix.

The show’s first season swept the world in 2024, with the Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders reportedly earning just $500 per game, along with hourly practice pay and some fees for public appearances and events.
“Starting a conversation is a tough topic [about],” cheerleading team Jada McLean Tell us Before the premiere of season 2 on June 18. “But we are very serious as leaders, and that’s something we really want to see change.”
Jada is one of the senior cheerleaders who leads accusations of more money.
“The strike is something we talk about, but at the end of the day, we know we all want to be in that field and to determine what the right choice is to do, we just decide we will cheer on,” she added. “But still firmly on what we believe. At the end of Season 2, there is a resolution that is in our favor.”
The season 2 finale shows that women get “400%” of their salary.
“I can’t go into too much detail, but I’ll say that the hourly box office and everything overall is increasing,” Jada told us. “It’s a big change and I think these girls will benefit a lot from it.”
