Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin wrote in an article on the telegram that the Chinese defense force shot down seven Ukrainian drones near the city on Wednesday.
Authorities in Kiev on Wednesday warned of threats toward cities shortly before the explosion, and it is unclear whether the missiles were targeted in Kiev or nearby.
Later, military administrators in Kiev reported that debris caused debris to damage on the drone shot down by the air defense troop. Air defense teams with machine guns opened fire throughout the city center.
Ukrainian officials also reported damage to office buildings, high-rise buildings and fires, as well as apartment blocks in several neighborhoods in Kiev and suburbs of the city.
