Elena Rybakina quits On Sunday, the Toray Pan Pacific Open final fielded 20-year-old Linda Noskova. She will face Belinda Bencic, who defeated Sofia Kenin 7-6(5) 3-6 6-2.
Bencic will compete for her tenth career title on Sunday, returning to the Tokyo final ten years after finishing runner-up in 2015.
It’s been a solid season for the Swiss, who started the season with a score of 421 and is coming off maternity leave.
Noskova will compete for the second title of her career in the third final of 2025 (Prague and Beijing).
Noskova and Bencic had never played on tour before.
