Alexander Zverev Tomorrow he will play for the Munich Triple Crown.
Best-seeded Zverev beat nine ACEs in 7-6 (3), 6-3 Fabian Marozsan to collect his third Munich final.
Two-time champion Zverev entered his first Munich final since 2018.
This is Zverev's first final since he succumbed to world No. 1 Jannik Sinner in the Australian Open Championship in January.
The world's third-ranked Zverev will play the 24th professional champion, and he has been in the finals since winning the Paris Masters last November.
Earlier, the second seed Sheldon paused Francisco Cerundolo 2-6, 7-6 (7), 6-4 to reach his fourth professional ATP final at the Munich Open.
Since Andre Agassi won the 2022 Rome title, 2024 Houston champion Shelton is the first American to exceed the Class 250 ATP clay player final.
