Bill O’Reilly corrects Biden’s Biden oversee Epstein’s conviction for false claims: “How do you convict a dead man?”

Bill O’Reilly mistakenly lay off employees and Jeffrey Epstein was convicted by Joe Biden’s administration.

When appearing on the news agency Monday night, host Leland Vittert had to correct O’Reilly multiple times, the former “O’Reilly Factor” star asserted that the disappointed film financier was convicted by Attorney General Merrick Garland. Epstein was arrested and committed suicide in 2019 – a full year and a half after Biden took office.

“Epstein was convicted during the Biden administration,” O’Reilly said.

“Persevere, Bill,” Witt interrupted. “You said Epstein was convicted during the Biden administration. Epstein committed suicide during the Trump administration.”

“Yes, is that?” O’Reilly asked.

“How do you convict a dead person?” Vittert replied.

“I believe he was convicted in Merrick Garland’s Justice Department,” O’Reilly tried to regain his foothold. “Then he was imprisoned. Then he committed suicide. The suicide was the bull…”

At that time, Vittert interrupted O’Reilly again to clarify the timeline. “Bill, I think it’s important, he was arrested in 2019 and committed suicide in 2019 and died on August 10, 2019. So the Biden administration is not involved in a conviction or trial of him.”

“He was arrested and prosecuted in Merrick Garland,” O’Reilly continued to say wrongly. “Who has all the information…”

“No! Under Trump,” Witt corrected again. “Epstein was arrested, prosecuted and committed suicide under Trump in 2019. Trump served as president. Merrick Garland is not the attorney general.”

Epstein and a new enthusiasm for his so-called list of clients in a new memo released last week insisted that past investigations into Epstein’s crimes “have found no evidence that could prove the investigation of uncharged third parties”. It’s only been a few months since Bondy told Fox News that she has a list of that nature.

News (or lack of news) about Epstein’s list creates a split in Donald Trump’s Maga Base, with passion for information on one hand, while those people are ready to move on to the next topic on the other end. For O’Reilly, this means wrongly breaking the timeline of Epstein’s belief.

“I got corrected,” O’Reilly admitted.
