Carlos Alcaraz Lost in second set of ATP Finals Jannik Sinner His right thigh was wrapped in tape.
After losing to second-ranked Sinner 7-6(4), 7-5 in Turin today, Alcaraz said leg problems were not the reason for his defeat.
