DJI introduces its Amflow e-cycling to the US market

DJI has been scrolling lately.
In recent years, the popular consumer drone brands have expanded to offer more types of products, from cameras to wireless microphones. Despite the threat of banning DJI drones in the U.S., the company has also actively expanded its footprint this summer. Recently, we have seen a new power station, the rumored robot vacuum launch and now launching its Amflow e-bike to the U.S. market.
AMFlow is a DJI subsidiary that manufactures electronic mountain bikes. They have been on sale in the European market since 2024, but they have been officially launched in the United States. However, they carry a vertigo-induced price tag. The Amflow PL carbon price is $7,499 and the Amflow PL Carbon Pro costs $10,199. You can buy used cars in the same quantity.

More information about DJI’s Amflow Mountain Bike
Amflow Mountain bikes all have 800WH batteries and range from 157 kilometers. They also have a touch screen OLED display that provides real-time data about speed, charging, range and other information. Users can also access the app to get a summary of their activities and other insights.
PL Carbon Mountain Bike has a carbon fiber frame that can be lightweight. They have five assist modes and enough torque to handle steep hills and rough terrain, as well as walking assist modes for dragging bikes.
For non-mountain cyclists like me, these specifications seem odd. The motor and charging system are the same on each bike. The biggest difference is the rear impact, rear derailleur, handlebar and saddle. Although the base version uses more alloys, the Pro version has more carbon fiber.
