Casper Ruud Talks Baby Watch – Tennis Now

A few days before the Australian Open, Caspar Rudd Undergoing primary birth observation.
Luther’s fiancé Maria Garrigani is pregnant with the couple’s first child, a daughter, and is expected to give birth “any day now.”
So while former world number two Rudd is preparing for his first Grand Slam of the season at Melbourne Park, he is also ready to head home immediately if his fiancé goes into labor in the coming days.
Rudd told media in Auckland that the couple planned to get married later this year.
“Honestly, [the baby] It can come any day now,” Rudd said. “So hopefully I can stay for the rest of the games, but you never know. I might get a call and get on a plane out of here and go home.
“It’s not a short journey home so hopefully she can stay a few more weeks and I can have the baby there and we will have our wedding and celebrate our marriage later this year.”
Rudd is the second seed at the ASB Classic in Oakland and will face Fabian Marossan in his first match.
