Cassey Ho of Bloglates breaks down her from Fitness Creator to CEO on Vidcon 2025

Cassey Ho opened her YouTube channel so she could still direct her Pilatesban on the West Coast of the United States after she moved to the East Coast. She believes the videos she posted will be viewed by her 40 students, but she has thousands of videos.
Sixteen years later, Ho operates the direct-to-consumer brand Pop Flex, owns a clothing brand in the Target store and has 10.8 million users on its YouTube channel Blogilates. So how she uses her successful YouTube career to enter a successful YouTube career and Are you the person in charge of the two companies? She listened to the audience.

Still, she visited the screen printer afterwards. So far, it’s still a spirit she still follows – it’s not uncommon to find a YouTube and Tiktok from Ho, who showed off her design in response to comments asking her to fill the gap in fitness wear space.
She encourages commenters to tell her what they want to see from positive wear and tear. During the chat, she even encouraged Vidcon viewers to come to her on her and told her what problems they had with their clothes.

“The inspiration that inspired me was the problem … because I wouldn’t design something that already exists – a waste of time.” “So, when I choose what fabric, [wondering] Does it have a pocket, does it have this seam? When I actually did this, I was thinking about that video I was going to make in two years so that I already had my conversation points. ”

The jump from content creation to clothing creation feels like Ho’s natural development. First, she dreams of becoming a designer. But as the channel grew, she made more brand deals and she found herself agreeing to call her a sell-out reviewer.
“I really hate doing brand deals because people tell you how to sell, what to say, and often feel very unreal,” she said. “Talking about my own brand is almost like an in-house brand deal, and it’s actually great content.”
Cassie found that with her success, the brand from Shein to Nordstrom was replicating her designs. Most notably, Shein designed the design for the Pop Flex skirt when Taylor Swift posted his own on Instagram. Shein Dupe inspired Cassie to apply for a patent. Now that her design is patented, she says she has fought a list of 2,065 skirts.
“I’m kind of David, I’m fighting a few different giants,” Huo said. “Some people told me, ‘Cassy, stop focusing on that. Put your energy into design.’ Like yes, but I fight because I’m not only doing it for me.
