Kansas City Chiefs’ defensive tackle Chris Jones may have become too real in training camp this week.
The Chiefs’ social media team continues the tradition of asking players a question as they walk through the ground in a training camp. On Wednesday, the question is: “What is one thing on your unfinished bucket list?”

Chiefs defensive winger George Karlaftis expressed interest in going to Japan, cornerback Jacobe Covington wanted to go skydiving, and defender Brandon George added that he wanted to go to Brazil. But when Jones showed up, he fell a little.
He said: “I just want to get married, I just want to be loved.”
The New York Post noted that Jones’ comments came after his ex-girlfriend Sheawna Weathersby accused him of cheating. The two were obviously separated for a while between the end of 2024 and early 2025.

According to the New York Post.
“It’s especially disturbing considering her harassment, stalking and disrespect for my history, including constant calls to me and my close friends, from free text apps and fake Instagram pages. This behavior forced me to change my phone number and forced Chris to ask her to ask her to be alone multiple times and respect our companions.”

Jones admitted in January that he was single, but he did not resolve the fraud charges.
The two children share the two children together.

Jones, a three-time Super Bowl champion and six-time professional bowler, is entering his 10th season with the Chiefs. He had five sacks in 15 games last season.
