National University (NU) Bella Bella Bella and De la Salle University’s Angel Canino are the undisputed best college players today – not only individually first, but enduring legacy to their respective schools.
Super Senior Lady Belen is looking to export with the explosive power of her second straight title and third overall title, while Ms. Canno began her second match on Sunday, competing in the first of Ms. Belen’s three best championship showdowns.
Along with possible championship hat tricks, Ms. Beren is also ready to win her second straight and third overall title to bring legend Alyssa Valdez to the most.
She started her dominance as the first rookie MVP of Season 84 when NU Lady Bulldogs finished a 16-0 seat and defeated La Salle in the final to end the 65-year championship drought.
Ms. Beren then bowed to Ms. Canno, the second rookie MVP of Season 85 and La Salle’s redemption of St. Thomas University in Season 86.
Another win this season will cement Ms. Beren's place on the list of greatest UAAP players of all time and will remain in the NU dynasty under new coach Sherwin Meneses.
