According to court documents US Weekly On Wednesday, August 20, Richards, 54, filed a statement asking the judge to move Phypers, 52, and his family from the marriage so that she can return to the property to retrieve some of her personal property left behind after the relocation.
“When I moved out for two years [ago]According to Aaron, his family will be back in Canada and we will move back [home],” read the document.
Richards’ dogs allegedly have been on the property since they recovered from two surgeries since May. Richards claims that the Keyan agreed to the arrangement.
However, Richards claimed she received news from the property’s landlord last month that he would start “eviction procedures” from Saturday, August 23 and demand to evacuate the residence. The landlord allegedly told Richards that Phypers had not responded to his information and had not paid rent. According to Richards, she told Phypers in January that he would be responsible for payments for the home.
Richards said in the documentation that she was worried that her belongings might be damaged and hoped to be able to retrieve items and animals without similar circumstances.
Richards claimed that “Aaron and his parents and brothers have severely damaged the house” because it is in a “state of chaos.” Her image shows patches that removed the floor, several boxes, and paper scattered around it.

Phypers submitted a response on Wednesday stating that he disagrees [the] Richards requested order.

He also asked if the court did consider issuing Richards’ order, hoping to get a “opportunity” of his own “personal belongings” from the former residence where Richards currently lives.
Seven years after her marriage, Phypers filed for divorce with Richards in July. He sees “irreconciliatory differences” as the cause of the division. Days after the news broke, Richards accused the atomist of physical abuse during her marriage and demanded a restraining order against her ex.
“Throughout our relationship, Aaron would frequently violently choke me, violently squeeze my head with both hands, tightly squeeze my arms, violently slap me in my face and head, aggressively slam my head into the bathroom towel rack, threaten to kill me, hold me down with his knee on my back to the point where I would have to plead with him to get off me so that he would not kill me and hack into my laptop and phone and download all of my text messages,” Richards wrote in his declaration.
Phypers denies Richards’ allegations in a statement ussaid: “Let me say it clearly: I have never abused Denise physically or emotionally – or anyone. These allegations are totally wrong and deeply hurtful. Avoid spreading harmful and unfounded claims.”
