A woman who has served as Sean “Didi” combThe assistant claimed in her trial testimony that the music tycoon raped her several times.
The former employee, testified anonymously under the pseudonym “Mia”, obtained a witness booth on Thursday, May 29. She claimed in tears Diddy, 55, raped her at her home in Los Angeles in 2009 or 2010, in 2009 or 2010.. (MIA was listed as victim 4 in the indictment against Didi.)

Mia also claimed Diddy sexually abused at the Plaza Hotel at his 40th birthday party, and he said the musicians asked her to make a round of vodka together.

Elsewhere in the testimony, Mia claimed that her duties as Didi’s assistant included building hotel rooms to “weird” parties and clearing out “destroyed” spaces. She also claimed Diddy once threw pasta bowls on her head as she tried to leave the room to change the tampon. He reportedly threw the bowl and asked Mia to “take f*** out of his house”.
During the cross-examination on Friday, May 30, the defense delayed Mia’s work for Diddy by showing text messages and social media posts showing her passion for him. When asked to explain how she felt affectionate about a man who allegedly raped and abused her, Mia replied: “The high is high, the low is low.”
Diddy was arrested in September 2024 and has since been jailed at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn for Judge Arun Subramanian He denied his multiple bail requests.

He is an imperfect man, but he is not a criminal.”
