ASUS Expertbook P1 Comment: Practical Powers for Daily Tasks?

ASUS Expertbook P1 Comment: Last month, Asus launched its AI-powered laptop P1-P1 in India. The company says the model offers high performance, high durability, excellent battery backup, seamless scalability, enterprise-level security and enterprise-level service support. But is this really as good as the company claims? Let’s find out in this comment.

ASUS Expertbook P1 Review: Price, Processor

The ASUS Expertbook P1 comes with an Intel Core 13 Gen i7 (H Series) processor and paired with 32GB of DDR5 RAM, which seems to be a good proposition for a laptop price of Rs 39,990.

ASUS Expertbook P1 Review: Display, Design

The Expertbook P1 is lightweight (only 1.6 kg), but durable because it is supported by MIL-STD-810H certification, making it perfect for travel and tough handling. The human body is mainly plastic, but the metal frame increases structural strength. Its misty grey and matte finish help hide fingerprints.

Now let’s talk about display. The laptop has a 14-inch full HD display that can be used for daily tasks such as writing and email, especially indoors or indirect light, thanks to its reverse flash coating. However, it does creative work in bright light because it provides limited color accuracy, while NTSC has a coverage of just 45%. Its dual speakers provide clear audio. We used the device for several virtual meetings, casual music or video sessions, and the audio was clear.

ASUS Expertbook P1 Review: Battery, Charging

When it comes to the battery, it has a 50W battery that doesn’t seem impressive on paper, but it does a great job of doing it in our daily use, which involves moving between Google Docs, a bunch of Chrome Tabs and YouTube and running in the background. On this workload we got about 5-6 hours of feeling, which felt really good – especially since we weren’t trying to save the battery.
But what really stands out for us is the charging settings. It comes with a 65W Type-C charger, and even better, we are able to charge it using a third-party power bank. So, in our opinion, we don’t have to carry the charger with us, which is a huge convenience.

ASUS Expertbook P1 Review: Performance

Expert Book P1 is powered by the 13th generation Intel Core i7-13620H and 32GB of LPDDR5 RAM. During the testing process, the device handled everything we put in smoothly, such as Outlook, Slack, Slack, Everdersheets Open, WhatsApp Web Run, Spotify Play and other browser tabs above 10 are active – no hurdles are required. Although the processor is not up-to-date, it still provides enough functionality for daily tasks and moderate workloads. However, it is not appropriate to use high-end graphics regularly, compile large code bases, or edit 4K videos.

ASUS Expertbook P1 Review: We think something better

All in all, here are some things we think can be better:
– It provides limited color accuracy and needs improvement.
– Not ideal for high-end games; graphics need improvement.
– Suitable for image editing, but need to improve high-end video editing

ASUS Expertbook P1 Comment: Verdict

If you are a professional and want a laptop that works without any hassle, the ASUS Expertbook P1 is for you. With the 13th Gen Intel I7 and 32GB DDR5 RAM, it handles daily tasks with ease.
