Wimbledon The quarterfinals and semifinals are ESPN’s ratings winners.
ESPN covered the most viewed Wimbledon quarterfinals and semifinals in the past six years, the most viewed women’s semifinals in a decade and the most viewed Wimbledon day of all time on the ESPN platform.

Sunday’s gentlemen Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz averaged 2.9 million spectators, +31% peaking with 2024’s audience at the end of the game with 4 million spectators.
The tournament only (excluding trophy rituals and post-match analysis) had an average of 3.2 million spectators, +26% against last year’s matches.
Finals, the ladies and gentlemen reported an average of 2.2 million viewers, +19% vs. 2024
The Lady’s final averaged 1.3 million viewers on Saturday
The competition only (excluding trophy rituals and post-match analysis) averaged 1.9 million spectators, +18% against last year’s competition. It was an unbalanced game, and Igaświątek performed well on Amanda Anisimova.
Semi-finals:
The Ladies and Gentlemen’s semi-finals are the most popular semi-finals of the past six years, with an average coverage of 1.1 million viewers, +33% for 2024.

It was the most admired ladies’ semifinal in a decade (the 2015 edition features Serena Williams), Anisimova’s No. 13 win over Sabalenka and Swiatek’s No. 8 win beat Belinda Bencic.
The ratings averaged 897,000, +31% compared to 2024.
The Gentleman Semi-final on July 11 was the most watched gentleman semi-final in six years and was accompanied by Alcaraz vs. Fritz and 1st Sinner vs. No. 6 Djokovic (2019) (2019 edition) (featuring Nadal and Federer). The ratings averaged 1.3 million, up 34% from 2024.
Quarterfinals: July 8 and 9 quarterfinals on ESPN and ESPN2 were the most viewed audiences in six years, accounting for 488,000 viewers, +25% against 2024.
