Fahla Advanced Healthcare Informatics Center launches First Certification Course

FAHLA Center for Advanced Health Care Informatics (CAHI) has successfully completed its first Asian Pacific Health Care Information and PAC Administrator Certification Program at the University of Philippines Manila from July 26 to 30 at the University of Philippines Manila. The program emphasizes a shared vision to advance healthcare education and digital transformation in the Asia-Pacific region.

The course aims to provide healthcare and IT professionals with basic knowledge and practical skills in digital health and imaging informatics, and is divided into two progressive levels: Level 1, conducted by UP Medical College on July 26; and Level 2, led by Dr. Napopong Pongnapang and Yudthaphon Vichianin, focuses on the advanced modules held from July 28 to 30.

A wide variety of programs from clinicians, healthcare and IT professionals from across the Asia-Pacific region facilitates the program, which facilitates collaborative discussions and exchange of best practices in digital health and imaging informatics.

The initiative is part of Mrs. Fuji’s Asia-Pacific Institute of Healthcare Learning (Fahla) network, which has been active in Malaysia and Thailand since 2019. The recent establishment of the Fahla Center further expands the education ecosystem, using the Philippines as an important regional hub for healthcare institutions, Neronov and digital health education.

With the successful launch of the Fuji Philippines-backed Up Fahla Center, the power of academic industry collaboration in shaping the future of healthcare is demonstrated. Through a continuous joint effort, the Center is committed to building a digitally skilled healthcare workforce ready to lead the evolving field of technical healthcare.
