The Canadian moved up one place in the rankings with his victory in Brussels, closing the gap on eighth-placed Lorenzo Musetti to 340 points. The 25-year-old defeated Jiri Lehecka to win the title, with his wife Nina Ghaibi watching from the sidelines. Auger-Aliassim will next travel to Basel, aiming to qualify for the Nitto ATP Finals for the second time (2022).

Casper Rudd – No. 11 (2,735)
Rudd is still 11th in the live race, but has overtaken Musetti after winning in Stockholm. The 26-year-old is the first Norwegian to win an ATP 250 event, with a record of 37-14 this year, according to the Infosys ATP Win-Loss Index.

Dani Medvedev – 13th (2,560)

Can the 29-year-old qualify for the year-end tournament for a seventh consecutive season? The 2020 Nitto ATP Finals champion won his first title in 882 days in Almaty, defeating Corentin Moutet in the final to improve to 2-1 in the Lexus ATP Head2Head Series. Medvedev will be looking for more valuable points at the ATP 500 event in Vienna this week.

Carlos Alcaraz, Jannik Sinner and Novak Djokovic have qualified for the Nitto ATP Finals at the Inalpi Arena in Turin from November 9 to 16.
