Former Jill Biden press secretary opens transparency issues at Biden's White House

Biden family insider Michael Larosa revealed the culture of concealment about the former administration while speaking with Fox News on Sunday, and told Fox and Friends Weekend co-host Rachel Campos-Duffy that those around him were reluctant to be transparent during his time at the White House.

“This is a group that is allergic to transparency in the White House, I just said on the East Wing,” he said. “When I walked into the White House on the first day, I was fired, and I couldn't get a direct answer from the reporter because no one would give me a direct answer.”

Larosa, who served as press secretary for former first lady Jill Biden from 2021 to 2022, noted that his comments were not to hint at whether Biden was suitable or not for the office, as audio obtained by Fox News captured the former president that it seemed difficult to remember key details When processing of confidential files is applied.

“My suggestion… [is] It's not intuitive… It's not their style to be transparent about anything. They spent days and months deliberations and I was talking about small things, about dog bites.

“I said to myself at some point, ‘If it’s hard to make them transparent, to disclose things, and to get ahead of anything, even small things from the beginning… My God, what happens if there is a big thing?’’

Larosa still said that even if the videotape reveals Biden’s cognitive struggle to step up soon, he may not be enough to force him out of the 2024 game earlier.
