Francisco Cabral and Lucas Miedler ended their 2025 season in style at the Vanda Pharmaceuticals Greece Championship on Saturday, winning their third ATP Tour title of the year.
The second-seeded team defeated Santiago Gonzalez and David Pell 4-6, 6-3, 10-3 in the final, winning 16 of their 17 first-serve points in the second set, according to Infosys ATP statistics. Cabral and Midler first teamed up together in April and then ended the season on a high note by lifting trophies in Gstaad, Hangzhou and now Athens.
“It’s unbelievable. It’s a perfect way to end a great season,” Cabral said. “We started in April, [just] Missed the Nitto ATP finals. It’s bittersweet, but overall we’re very pleased with the year. “
Following the match in the Greek capital, the pair both reached career highs in the PIF ATP Live Doubles Rankings. Cabral was ranked 20th, while Midler was ranked 23rd. As a team, they are ranked 11th in the PIF ATP Live Doubles Team Rankings, three spots short of a qualifying spot for the prestigious season finals in Turin.

Harris/Herbert win at home in Metz
Quentin Harries and Pierre-Hugues Herbert performed well in front of their home fans at the Mosel Open in Metz on Saturday.
France defeated third seeds Guido Andreozzi and Manuel Guinard 7-5, 6-3 in the championship game to win the team title for the first time in their second appearance at the tournament. With the victory, Harlis and Herbert became the first French pair to lift the Metz trophy since Nicolas Mahut and Edouard Roger-Vasselin in 2018.
It was anything but smooth sailing for Harris and Herbert at the indoor hard-court ATP 250. They rallied from a set down in the first round to defeat fourth seeds Fernando Romboli and John Patrick Smith, then saved two match points in the semifinals to beat second seeds and defending champion Sander Arends and Luke Johnson.
