The woman filed a lawsuit under the name “Jane Doy”. Among them, Sharpe, 56, was accused of sexually assaulting the woman several times during a two-year “voluntary relationship” and reported. The woman is seeking $50 million in losses.

The woman claimed she met Sharp in 2023 at a gym in Los Angeles. She was 22 years old at the time. She claimed Sharp made several progress before he decided to start a relationship. Sharp reportedly asked the woman to sign a non-disclosure agreement before meeting, but everyone rejected the woman's request.

The lawsuit details multiple instances of Sharp's alleged threats and sexual assault. According to people, the woman also claimed that Sharp recorded their intercourse without her consent.

“A woman can say yes to a consent relationship with a man ninety-nine times, but when she says 'no'' once, 'no''''''''''''''' doesn't mean no,” the complaint said. “The defendant Shannon Sharpe is a person who is used to getting what he wants and has no understanding of this basic concept at all.”

Sharpe is also accused of condemning the woman and threatening to kill her after she arrives late.

Sharpe and the women both moved to Nevada in 2024 respectively. In September 2024, Sharpe accidentally had sexual contact with an unidentified woman. The camera does not capture the encounter, but the audio can be heard. Sharp initially claimed he was hacked and then admitted that he accidentally left the camera during the encounter.

The woman involved in the live broadcast is not the woman who sued Sharp. This incident caused the DOE to “evacuate” from Sharpe.

A month later, Sharp allegedly forced the doe into the car and forced her into the apartment. Once there, the woman claimed Sharp forced her to have anal sex and then raped her with anal sex.

The woman also detailed the encounter in January, where she claimed Sharp sexually assaulted her while refusing to wear a condom.

Sharpe signed an extension to ESPN last June, and he also hosted a popular podcast called “Club Shay Shay.”
