As part of the ATP’s announcement of the extension of its long-term partnership with Infosys, the two organizations on Monday launched “Ally,” an artificial intelligence chatbot that provides fans with unprecedented insights. Powered by Infosys Topaz, Ally reflects the shared goal between ATP and Infosys to provide fans and players with a more intuitive and accessible digital experience.
How can I use Ellie?
Find the chatbot on the ATP Stats Center page.
Click the Statistics button for a live or completed match, then click the icon in the bottom corner of the screen.
Start asking questions about a variety of ATP Tennis topics, from match statistics, tournament draws and schedules to head-to-head comparisons, player stats and history. Ally will also provide potential issues for you to test.
Questions related to rankings will have answers that reflect the current PIF ATP rankings.
