Kinetix Lab One Ayala member Jainee Micaela M. Turla trains four times a week. “At 30, I had a personal goal to achieve,” said Jainee, who won the challenge for the muscle mass category. She joined because she was able to push herself to her goal and won free trips to Iloilo and accommodation at the Vermillion Hotel. For Jainee, winning is just a huge reward because she feels like a winner after witnessing the results of her dedicated training. Thanks to her Kinetix Lab coach Yan Vitangcol for help, she said Yan must have done most of the “heavy weightlifting” to win her victory. “What I have to do is show up and do what he told me to do. Indeed, trusting my coach is the answer,” Jainee said. “In different aspects of the fitness journey – training, diet, recovery, mental preparation and mindset, Jainee knows what she needs to do to get the results she wants,” said Yan Vitangcol, One Ayala coach at Jainee’s Kinetix kinetix lab. Coach Yan pointed out that she was an extremely obedient client and took the initiative to ask about ways to enhance training. Coach Yan believes that Jainee’s choice of “constantly kind” mentality in terms of perfect pressure is beneficial to her sustainability.

Anapet Miclet-Arnaldo’s goal is to return to her body like a second child. “My kid is five years old this year, so that’s a long time ago goal,” she said. She won the challenged fat loss category as she promised to do four times a week in the podium Kinetix lab. She has been working in Kinetix Labs for a year and was trained by little coach Khaim Apostol during the challenge announcement, and she also signed up for weightlifting competitions. “It’s great with my goal of getting into the 63kg weight class.
