Iran’s supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei threatens to target our base

The Israel Times reported that Iran’s supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei claimed that U.S. President Donald Trump “exaggerated” the impact of the strike on Iran’s nuclear sites and threatened to target U.S. military bases again.
In a television speech on Thursday, Khamenei claimed Iran won a victory in the 12-day air battle initiated by Israel and caused a “serious slap” on the United States. He made these remarks in his first speech since the ceasefire was announced between Iran and Israel.
“The U.S. president exaggerated the incident in an unusual way, and it turns out he needed that exaggeration,” he said. Khamenei said the U.S. “get nothing from this war,” adding that the U.S. strike was irrelevant to Iran’s nuclear facilities.
“The Islamic Republic won the victory and won a serious slap in revenge,” he said, according to the Times of Israel.
He threatened: “This kind of action can also be repeated in the future” and mentioned that Iran “can access to the main centers of the region and can act if necessary.”
Early Sunday morning, the United States carried out tensions in West Asia by precise air strikes on three major Iranian nuclear facilities under Operation Midnight Hammer. CNN reported that Iran launched several missiles on U.S. military devices in Qatar and Iraq, including the Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar.
His remarks came two days after the ceasefire ended the war between Iran and Israel. He asserted that Iran would surrender “forever” and that if “any invasion occurs”, the enemy would definitely pay a heavy price.
“If any invasion occurs, the enemy will definitely pay a heavy price,” he said. “Surrender will never happen. Our country is strong.”
Iran’s top leader said the United States intervened in the war only because “if it is not intervened, the Zionist regime will be completely destroyed.”
He said: “I want to congratulate Iran on its victory over Iran,” he said. “I want to congratulate the great Iranian nation… The era of the Israeli era has won the victory of the Iranian country. Since Israel began attacks on Iran’s nuclear facilities on June 13, Kemenei has been appearing in a secret place at a secret place and has not been seen in public.
Reports show that Khamenei was stopped from communicating with the outside world due to concerns about giving up his position. According to the report, a funeral will be held in Tehran on Saturday for top commanders and nuclear scientists killed in the conflict.
Khamenei also issued a threat to Israel on social media platform X. “The Zionist regime must know that attacking the Islamic Republic of Iran will bring heavy costs for them,” he posted on X.
